2. The Requirements to reliability - a requirements to ensuring the reliable operation: ensuring the firm operation, checking to in and out information, time of the reconstruction after refusal etc.
3. The Conditions to usages - a condition to usages (the temperature surrounding air, relative moisture etc. for selected types of the carriers given), under which must be provided given features, as well as type of the service, necessities amount and qualification of the personnel.
4. The Requirements to composition and parameter of the technical facilities - a necessary composition of the technical facilities with instruction their main technical features.
5. The Requirements to information and software compatibility - a requirements to information structure at the input and output and method of the decision, source code, programming language I software programs, used by program.
6. The Requirements to marking and packing - a requirements to marking the programme product, variants and ways of the packing.
